    Our most successful Marketing Coordinator is someone who has:

    - A Bachelor’s degree , preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, or communications;
    - 1-2 years of experience within a social media, marketing team for a brand or agency; Passion for harnessing the power of marketing and communications to drive business results;
    - Excellent written and oral communications skills, in both English and Romanian;
    - Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work;
    - Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines;
    - Basic Graphic / Web design skills;
    - Strong communication skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team;
    - Flexibility, creativity and problem-solving abilities;
    - Experience with updating (non-programming related), navigating and utilizing each of the major social channels, including understanding the terms of use and best practices for each;
    - Experience in integrating social media efforts into broader media and marketing strategies;
    - Experience in developing content for social media channels and hotel websites.

    Responsibilities

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

    The primary responsibility of this role will be procuring and managing content for all distribution channels including social media, internal distribution, websites, and consumer emails blogs. The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with conducting the company social media strategy, assist in creation, execution, communication of hotel specific promotions (including food and beverage, meeting + events) working on a variety of projects to engage the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand customers and communities with focus on:

    - Managing day-to-day activities of select social media channels, marketing and PR activities;
    - Ensuring that all Marketing activity is communicated to key stakeholders on property;
    - Responsible for ensuring hotel activation packs for all marketing activity are activated to ensure campaigns are pulled through to a property level on time, on brand and with maximum impact;
    - Responsible for activating social media channels using Marriott’s Social Media Monitoring and Management partner, Sprinklr.
    - This will include the creation of content calendars, organic and paid social media activation, reporting and analysis;
    - Responsible for the audit and on-going review of property photography requirements;
    - Oversee property photo shoots, including providing brand photographic guidelines, liaise with brand approved photographers, provide sample photography and guidance on use of photography playbook, and photography audits;
    - Manage local hotel email tool usage and execution, including reporting on usage and quality of content;
    - Research and image sourcing of Social Media creative content and calendar scheduling; Manage property websites content and quality, and OTA’s pages;
    - Understand how to execute local media pitches, photo shoots, collaterals;
    - Monitor community feedback in real-time and assist with fan engagement.
