    Requirements

    What will you bring?

    Advanced English and French language skills, written and conversational;
    Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;
    Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
    Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;
    Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

    Exposure to procurement operations (2 years);
    Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
    Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Support to Supplier - Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;
    Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;
    Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;
    Combination of both Voice and Non-Voice support daily tasks.
