    1. Good understanding of service apps in hydraulics relevant to application portfolio of target customers. 

    2. Good  Service Know-how relevant to the hydraulic application portfolio of target customers. Creates service solutions for customers based of Bosch Rexroth portfolio. Development of service standards, best practices, maintains sector specific application portfolio in service.

    3. Support acquisition of customer driven projects for service  in CU's and headquarters with leading technological solutions.

    4. Good in the English language, verbally and in writing (German knowledge is an advantage)

    5. Good skills in working with usual MS-Office applications and other necessary tools (e.g. SAP)

    Candidate profile:

    - technical university degree in mechanical field.

    - hydraulic experience engineering/ maintenance or service for industrial application in hydraulic field.

    8. Knowledge request:

    - Knowledge mechanics, strength of materials, fluid mechanics, machine parts, hydraulic actuators, electro-mechanical actuators and measuring and control equipment, special hydraulic systems from different industries.

    - Theoretical knowledge regarding the automatic adjustment system and control loops, interpretation of hydraulic and electrical schemes.

    9. The following practical experience is an advantage:

    - working in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical design or process engineering in connection with hydraulics; 

    - working in the maintenance of production systems and machines;

    - Service / troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrohydraulic equipment, industrial robots, automatic lines with connection with hydraulic.

    - customer orientated and focused to grow the service business.

    - industrial hydraulic experience in projects and maintenance.

    - design experience for hydraulic systems for industrial equipment.

    - responsible, team player, communication skills.

    - sales orientated.

    - good communication skills.

    Job Description

    • Understanding and promote the service packages from Bosch Rexroth hydraulic division- service.
    • Design for service packages based of customer profile and service portfolio. 
    • Support acquisition of customer driven projects in CU with solutions from service hydraulic specific application portfolio.
    • Field service activities for hydraulic application to our customers (industrial hydraulic).
    • Blue color sales - sales focus to grow the customer portfolio for service activities.
    • Promote, Quote, doing and support  for: service packages, service contracts, repairs of hydraulic equipment, complex service projects.
    • Field service activity for growing service hydraulic: identify install based (iBase), retrofit for hydraulic systems, modernization, contracts for preventive and predictive maintenance.
    • Coordinate service team that is allocated to grow the business. 
    • Take active part as team member in customer driven projects based of our service strategy.
    • Technical support (service topics) for sales team, partners and for service members.
    • Commissioning of hydraulic systems to customer field.
    • Coordinate the service team and partners to do service projects to end customer.
