    Job Description

    • Ensuring supply of raw material according with the production planning and with the capacity of the production line;
    • Monitoring the raw materials necessary for the realization of the production plan in time;
    • Follows the general customer demand (according to the client's requirements) and makes the plan at BljP plant level for new and existing demands;
    • Monitoring supplier deliveries and verifying materials not delivered on time or partially delivered;
    • Share of proactive information within the department and other departments (production, logistics) in case of deviation;
    • Escalate problems and deviation according to defined escalation management procedure;
    • Daily monitoring to cover critical parts and prepare action plan in case of deviation (supplier backlog, special transports);
    • Regular update, maintain new material and optimization of the related SAP parameters;
    • Monthly forecast planning in SAP (short term, mid term, long term);
    • Coordination of volumes for product relocation to BljP;
    • Monitoring key performance indicators (inventory, on-time delivery, special shipments, etc.) and continuous optimization;
    • Creating and updating the work instructions related to the processes for which he is responsible;
    • Other temporary tasks and responsibilities set by the superior;
    • Acting as interface between BljP, other parties e.g. external supplier, internal customer and central functions (e.g. PUR);
    • Follow the implementation of the actions resulting from demand changes;
