    Cerinte

    - 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role;
    - Ability to work under pressure and remain composed;
    - Should possess a “Can-Do” attitude;
    - Good verbal and written communication skills in English is essential;
    - Ability to provide high quality level of customer service;
    - Good computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
    - Prior experience in working with Procurement tools like Ariba/Coupa/SAP SRM and ERP’s (SAP, Oracle) would be preferred.

    Responsabilitati

    - Responsible for ensuring that all the procurement related activities for Europe assigned are completed with the agreed timelines and accurately;
    - Responsible for delivering best in class end to end process execution and will play a vital role in on-time stabilization of new activities & new service lines transitioned to BBS;
    - Contribute to ensure that that all key metrics agreed for the processes are met, misses if any are highlighted to the Team Lead clearing articulating the dependencies on a daily basis;
    - Responsible for knowledge capture, ensure that the SOP’s are updated and are current;
    - Ensure that all the activities assigned and completed within the agreed control and compliance framework and are in line with the Global Standard Policy and Procedures.Proactively highlight deviations if any, to the Procurement Team Lead/Manager;
    - Participate in Quality and Continuous improvement initiatives and Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and standardize the current procurement activities;
    - Adhere to the company’s policy and procedures and maintain office discipline;
    - Proactively build long-term, sustainable and effective relationships with the businesses
