SW Requirements Engineer

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

Experience in using Requirement Management Tools/Systems i.e. Doors;
Working experience on projects with AUTOSAR;
Experience with Jira & Confluence;
Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262;
Previous experience on flash boot loader projects (Infotainment ECU);
Experience with Agile methodologies.

A typical day might include the following:

Understanding the customer functionality;
Evaluating the gaps between the requirements;
Creating the system requirement specification;
Scheduling and conducting the reviews with internal disciplines of Software and System Testing and defined review partners
Discussing the functionality with all the stakeholders involved in the development process (agree on requirements);
Generating discussions with different stakeholders starting from the client requirements for a better understanding of the system;
In case of unclear customer requirements, a technical clarification with experts from OEM might be needed;
Analyzing the change requests and problem reports, updating the system requirements according to approved change requests and valid problem reports;
Responsible for traceability and consistency of requirements within his domain;
Creating system requirements based on the analysis tasks from the previous level;
Creating traceability links to ensure the full coverage of the customer requirements;
Ensuring consistency between stakeholder requirements and system requirements;
Reporting work progress continuously through attendance of daily & weekly project internal meetings.
