    - University degree
    - Work experience in a similar position: at least 2 years
    - Very good PC skills (advanced Excel skills are a plus)
    - Fluency in English
    - Knowledge of SAP R/3 (Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules)


    - Enters approved customer orders in SAP, creates delivery lists and sends them to the warehouse Issues and sends the order confirmation, the delivery lists and the invoice to the customers
    - Monitors the open orders portfolio
    - Maintains the relationship with the customers (answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, lead times)
    - Support the Area Sales with accurate info about the order processing status, stock availability Is responsible of processing return orders according to the company policy Maintains contact with the 3PL in order to solve any issues related to the deliveries
    - Supports in replenishment to the local warehouse
    - Supports in reporting and follow-up of inbound problems (Goods receipt from suppliers)
    - Supports in identifying stock differences and in stock reconciliation
    - Supports in stock taking procedures and count
    - Collaborates closely with the Credit Control and Technical Department
