University degree of law, preferably corporate law
+/- 3 years’ experience in a similar legal position
Preferably experience with corporate housekeeping / KYC / UBO related work and commercial contracting
English minimum B2 (fluent, verbally and written)

Draft, review and implement local legal policies, standard procedures and (intragroup) service agreements, including procurement contracts
Support, train and advise LPSC’s employees and management in fulfilling their legal responsibilities
Report to management on legal risks
Corporate housekeeping and filings for the company ( including updates on the article of incorporation and other legal documents)
Advising on employment law and GDPR
Draft an annual legal agenda in line with the global LP legal agenda.
Advise and report on upcoming changes/new laws and regulations relevant for LeasePlan
Execute global legal targets as set by Chief Legal Officer as well as local legal targets
Report to (threatening) litigation in the litigation tracker tool
Dealing with incoming requests from internal stakeholders regarding KYC / questions around the Ultimate Beneficial Owner.
