    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a University or technical college degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics or comparable engineering;
    • You have at least 3 years of experience in hardware design; You have leadership experience with small teams;
    • You are familiar with existing design methods like FMEA, DFMA, V-Model
    • You are familiar with handling various problem solving methods

    • Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
    • Support the team (lead by content) with daily tasks, inspire the team by your passion for electronics;
    • Monitors the processes, procedures and work instructions within the team ensuring the fulfillment of all functional, commercial, quality and safety requirements and their compliance with existing standards and norms
    • Work on key technologies used in the vast majority of our automotive applications.
    • Responsible for the activities planning within the team and their delegation in accordance with the qualification level of the associates
    • Be responsible for competence growth inside the team by actively sharing your skills;
    • Involve in recruitment of hardware design engineers.
    • Review and signoff all hardware design related documents (schematics, FMEAs, ECRs etc.);
    • Track regularly the quality, budget and productivity targets for the entire team;
    • Define and implement countermeasures in case of target deviations;
    • Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants;
    • Report regularly to management about project status (risks, issues etc.);
    • Delivers effort estimations on the basis of the estimation model (contact person during quotation phase) 
    • Meet regularly with the internal and external customers (OEM's);
    • Facilitates and supports efficient work relations and good cooperation with other local as well as international departments
    • Motivates, encourages and supports the team associates for the fulfillment of the team objectives by explaining their individual contribution
