    Qualifications

    • You have a University degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Physics, or comparable
    • You have experience with a modern scripting or compiled language (Python, C/C++, etc.)
    • You have experience with software development processes such as building, unit testing, code analysis, release process and code coverage
    • You have experience in managing and tracking build and test pipelines to provide daily quality snapshots
    • You have deep understanding of practices as debugging and testing
    • You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment
    • You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects
    • You're a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally
    • You take ownership of projects and tasks
    • Good English knowledge is mandatory

    Nice to have:

    • You know pipeline configuration with Jenkins
    • Previous experience with Groovy is a plus
    • You are familiar with tools for software project management and software version management (GIT experience is a plus)
    • German language is a plus

    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Software Integration Engineer to join us in our adventure.

    As a Software Integration Engineer in our Steering department, you will work with us on developing and delivering the software that runs on the ECUs found in the car's Steering system. You will have the opportunity to help and improve our delivery process and communicate with our experts spread across different regions and teams.

    In your role you will:

    • You will develop, integrate and adapt SaaP products (HW independent SW products)
    • You will have the chance to participate actively and be responsible in each project phase, from start to production;
    • You are going to closely collaborate with international development partners;
    • You will closely cooperate with different domains (HW engineers, System engineers, Test engineers);
    • You will ensure the well-functioning of the build and delivery infrastructure;
    • You will be responsible of the artifacts delivered to the customer;
    • You will follow and implement agile practices within the team.
