Controllership Accountant with Russian

- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Degree educated or equivalent in Accounting or similar.
- 3-5 year experience as an accountant, preferably in a multinational

- Primary point of contact for external accountants, statutory auditors and external tax consultants.
- Perform day to day accounting for Kazakhstan, Georgia, Cyprus and Azerbaijan in Sage database.
- Ensure the Sage trial balance is reconciled to the local accounting on a regular basis.
- Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations on a timely manner and to an adequate standard.
- Input payments to online banking systems and ensure bank signatories are always up to date.
- Keep track of legal fees and accruals.
- Prepare quarterly reporting for assigned countries.
- Ensure local statutory accounts and tax returns are prepared for all entities.
- Support the Finance stream of the rationalisation and recapitalization of legal entities.
- Ensure intercompany balances, allocations and loans are cleared on a timely basis.
- Review the reports generated by robotics to make sure there are no issues.
- Prepare fringe benefit files for quarterly review.
- Support the monthly review of the CECL provision for CE by reconciling AR and Unbilled.
- Coordinate and report to Corporate the inventory of equipment leases.
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects where the local teams are stretched.
