The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic #tech projects.

Reporting to Group Data Protection Officer, the PMO will:

Assist the DPO in the definition and deployment of the Group data protection compliance program
Develop any document supporting the data protection compliance program (policies, procedures, guides, standard document templates, training material, etc.) and keep these documents up to date
Collaborate with the IT PMO to roll-out the data protection objectives with an IT dimension
Participate in the coordination of the network of data protection correspondents within the Group, in particular by setting up workshops and carrying out regular training sessions
Monitor the progress of the subsidiaries with regard to the Group's compliance objectives, in particular through KPIs, develop associated action plans and report on this monitoring through presentations, in close collaboration with the IT PMO
Assist the Group DPO in the management of data protection governance, in particular through the organization and development of materials for the various data protection steering committees
Develop any training material, or even select any appropriate tool, to facilitate the awareness of the various head office departments on the protection of personal data, in close collaboration with the IT PMO
Put in place any tool to facilitate the management, monitoring and support of compliance provided to the head office project teams.
