    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a System Tester Engineer for Rail Projects to work within our team. As autonomous driving is becoming a reality in the field of railways, you will be developing solutions and products that will shape the mobility of tomorrow. This comes as a need for the oncoming decades, where automated and connected road vehicles may become ubiquitous, maybe exceeding road infrastructure and potentially arrive at a stalemate. You will derive test specifications from system requirements for the Rail/Tram projects, implement them in automated test environments (e.g., hardware in the loop) and document your results in the respective final report. You will use continuous integration and testing for your daily work.

    In your role you will:

    • be responsible for test management and test definition for multi-component environment sensing systems;
    • be responsible for rail process tests definition according to safety;
    • find clever ways to achieve test completeness with innovative test procedures (simulation, re-simulation and other ways);
    • ensure that high-quality products are delivered to customers;
    • be responsible for the test execution, analysis and reporting of test results;

    Technology Stack:

    • Python, CAPL, Pearl, Ruby
    • Automation Desk, Control Desk, Vector tools, ECUTest
    • Jira, GIT, Jenkins, DOORS
    • CAN, Ethernet
