Higher education

CT- PSI -fire protection legal basic training

Curs SSM (80 ore) – health and safety legal basic training

ISO 14001 certification internal auditor

ISO 45001 certification internal auditor

RSVTI training -optional (for lifting equipment)

English – fluent

Driving license B

Experience in other factories in a similar position

To do HSE induction trainings for new employees
To support the area responsible for specific HSE trainings
To issue the training plan for yearly HSE topics
To support the HSE risks assessment and Prevention and protection plans
To issued HSE instructions
To manage the HSE committee meetings
To issue Emergency plans
To conduct emergency simulation
To monitor the ISCIR equipment and people authorization
To monitor the status of the emergency installations and to visually check them
To perform HSE inspections and ISO 14001 & 45001 audits
Incident’s investigation according to the Romanian law and Group procedures
To organize safety equipment test and to propose the best solutions for employees
Lines/new equipment validation
Has to advice the area responsible regarding waste management, chemicals management and to monitor the implementation
Collaboration with state authorities and auditors
