    Job Description

    • As a project and process manager you are responsible for the planning and implementation of IT and process-related projects;
    •  Further develop the organization with the help of various methods (e.g. classic, agile, hybrid) and concepts in interaction with cross-location and cross-functional teams;
    • Define together with the team the future processes for supplier data for old system landscape SAP R3 and the new landscape SAP S4;
    • Define and coordinate the development and roll-out of IT projects in this area;
    • Ensure proper supplier data by structuring and organizing a proper data object model and streamlining the system architecture in alignment with the different product owners/ application owners within the organization;
    •  Acts as an expert in the respective area and interact with the Data network within the organization;
    • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
    • Fulfilling any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar;
    • Language: English Advanced, German is a plus;
    • Strong communication and organizational skills;
    • Working Style: As project manager, product owner or process manger working under pressure is known by you. You show high flexibility and good problem solving capacity. You are high motivated, self determined and can structure your work by your own. Besides that you always focus on the given targets and goals.
    • Personality: Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, (internal) vendors, co-workers and stakeholders. You can describe and sell your ideas and convince people to support these.
    • Experience: Min. 3 years experience in IT projects ideally in Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting. In the best case you already touched master data classes like supplier, customer or something similar within this projects. Besides that you have been involved in implementing new processes together with the IT systems by ensuring proper change management within the organization.
