    Our requirements:

    - Previous experience in any kind of Customer Service area represents an advantage
    - Strong attention to details in logging, updating and managing customer requests
    - Medium to advance on excel
    - Structured , ambitious and well organized


    Your responsibilities :

    - Order processing ( both in SAP and local commercial tool )
    - Record and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.)
    - Efficiently answer to the commercial team requirements (shortages, delivery status , disputes)
    - Sending PDF invoices to customers or commercial representatives by e-mail
    - Maintain a good collaboration with commercial and physical distribution
