    This position will be responsible for the support and/or delivery of training programs and initiatives to educate and enable designated sales teams and new hires. Reporting directly to the EMEA Director of Sales Acceleration, the person in this role will play an integral part in the roll-out of onboarding training, sales processes and methodology, sales enablement, productivity tools and messaging awareness, coaching/mentoring and continuing education leveraging learning/development best practices and performance consulting strategies and working with key Sales stakeholders across our business.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for adopting existing training, delivering, coordinating, and tracking current employee's training
    • Responsible for adapting or creating, if needed, training modules to match specific needs of sales new hires
    • Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary certifications in a timely manner. Including and not limited to sales training, onboarding methodologies and product/solution knowledge
    • Developing and executing training plans; providing summary reports of all training delivered, tracking performance to metrics
    • Evaluating performance based on pre-defined checkpoints and providing feedback to team leaders
    • Evaluating existing training programs to ensure the quality and effectiveness of professional development
    • Communications with stakeholders from Veeam training team as well as sales stakeholders
    • Offering 1:1 coaching to new hires struggling with more complex topics, as well as providing resulting feedback to the Sales Acceleration team or sales team leaders.

    Requirements

    • Familiarity with sales methodologies and their adaptation into a sales environment
    • Awareness of or experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
    • Awareness of or experience with collaboration tools like Skype, WebEx, etc.
    • Facilitation & coaching experience a plus
    • Veeam portfolio knowledge a plus
    • Strong Sales Experience in Enterprise/ Commercial roles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven record of driving programs and projects independently with success
    • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
    • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly
    • Able to travel as needed (up to 30%) domestically with some international travel
