Our client, a Beauty European Company, is looking for a Beauty Trainer to participate on strategy definition, content creation and business implementation strategy by training, developing, coaching the staff and the partners in-class or remote session.

Deliver Trainings related to product knowledge, soft skills, sales techniques, and brand histories and values;
Perform Live Coaching Sessions;
Manage the digital education app and ensure high engagement levels from field teams;
Organize operational logistics of training sessions (training calendar, update the training database, etc.);
Communicate and liaise with the Brand Partners to ensure the proper implementation of the training plan;
Collaborate on other administrative tasks requested by the role;
Track training results and share feedback with key internal stakeholders;
Convey Company values at all times;
Supporting the company in shows, seminars, and other events;
Leading live presentations on the official Social Media channels;
Preparing and editing video materials supporting Brand Partners and business with the additional product information.
