Junior Financial Analyst - Sales Accounting

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
No work experience required
0-2 year work experience in Accounting/Finance function would be a plus
Good command of English, in both speaking and writing
Good Excel skills
Willingness to learn
Open-minded

Job description

The position will be within the Sales Accounting Department of the European Region Shared Service Center of the Company. The position requires basic understanding of accounting in order to be able to understand and perform accounting processes, transactions and monitoring. The Business Analyst will need to identify, explain and follow-up various accounting and business process issues to internal business partners. The role will also provide assistance in the review and optimization of current processes and controls.



Specific areas of job description includes the following:

Produce error-free accounting entries
Perform monthly closing activities (reconcile transactions, verify accounting entries)
Monitor the accounting and business processes in order to ensure compliance with procedures
Actively detect and analyze the problems found in the accounting process
Follow-up issue resolution
Issue monitoring reports
