17. experience in project development and land acquisition in Romania;
18. Experience in site assessments;
19. Languages: fluency in Romanian and very good command of English;
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

22. Good communication skills and ability to make presentations and attend discussions with government and municipal agencies;
23. Knowledge of legislation regarding land acquisition and project permitting process in Romania;
24. Knowledge of procedures in obtaining local permits;
25. Understanding of legal and technical aspects of Romanian energy grid and grid access application process;
26. Valid driver license and readiness for frequent business travels.

The project development specialist identifies negotiates and signs land lease agreements for photovoltaic projects and provides support throughout the whole permitting process.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifies and verifies land plots for pv projects development;
2. Has first contact with land owners, negotiates and signs land lease agreements;
3. Prepares necessary documents throughout the full permitting process until obtaining the Building Permit;
4. Prepares and presents necessary documents to Communities and various Agencies;
5. Coordinates and supervises the work of external experts;
6. Prepares documents and provides support in the grid access application process;
7. Collects necessary approvals, confirmations and coordinates work on required studies for the new zoning procedure (PUZ)
8. Prepares and verifies project budgets and timetables.
