-Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
-Technical drawing skills, 3D drawing design.
-Knowledge of Core Tools such as: capabilities (ex. APQP, Control Plan),
-Knowledge of technology stamping, and injection molding is an advantage
-Experience in the automotive or production field is an advantage;
-Knowledge of plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals
-Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel )
-English language: Advanced Level, French is a plus
-Logical, Analytical thinking and synthesis capacity, autonomous and dynamic thinking, Initiative, Curiosity, and Proactivity

- Responsible for respecting Commercial Management System;
- Responsible for internal cost calculation;
-Responsible for organizing and following up on feasibility meetings with customers & internal, for projects in the quotation phase;
-Communicates & cooperates with customers to achieve the results expected by them (economical/technical) on a given project. Utilize the concept "Design to cost". Make co-design products with customers.
-Prepares design presentations, process flows, packaging, etc.
-Design new drawings, models
-Participate in the selection of suppliers for materials, treatments, stamps, and dies for new projects and at the feasibility sessions with suppliers
-Proposes possible modifications or technical improvements (processes, tools, flows, etc.) for a more competitive offer
-Is constantly in contact with suppliers of tools and special machines to bring innovations and solutions adapted to the right costs, deadlines, quality, quantity
- Continuously concerned about technological developments in the field and proposes new solutions that increase the level of competitiveness
