    Local Content team, part of Veeam's Corporate Marketing, drives all localization projects to provide Veeam functions with content in line with both global and regional Veeam strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to support APJ localization.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing localization projects for APJ region: Japan, South Korea

    • Working with Language Service Providers to deliver localization projects within agreed timelines and scope

    • Working with internal regional teams and external vendors to improve quality of localization for the APJ languages

    • Optimizing localization processes and tools (MT, TM, TMS, localization style guide, glossary)

    • Managing Language Service Providers (recruitment and maintenance)

    • Developing and managing localization budget

    • Assisting in adjustment of the global content plan to the local business demands

    • Publishing and managing localized content on external and internal websites

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative Team, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Global Campaigns) as internal customers

    • Managing coordination of Localization team and other teams' efforts during product releases and marketing campaign launches


    • 1-3 years of experience
    • Understanding of localization concepts and challenges
    • Experience using CAT tools and/or (Trados, MemoQ, XTM, XTRF) will be a strong plus
    • Experience managing Translation Memories, Glossaries and Style Guides will be a plus
    • Marketing and APJ experience will be a plus
    • Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly

    • Good command of English (not lower than B2 level)
    • Good command of Japanese or Korean(not lower than B1 level) will be a plus
