At least 8 years of experience in the field of Cybersecurity, Managed Services or Communications Services Provisioning, in a marketing, engineering management or product management role
At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international environment
Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
Excellent communication skills and relationship building at all levels of the organization, customers, and partners
Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
Results oriented strategic and tactical behavior, strong conflict management and influencing skills
Proven ability to make decisions necessary to keep projects on track
Proven ability to work in virtual work environment, managing virtual teams
Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
Economic sciences, engineering base training with additional training in business administration is a big plus
Travel to customers, interested parties, roadshows, trade fairs, press events and analysts in US, Europe and worldwide

Lead B2B2C Product Management team and represent the B2B2C Product delivery tribe in the general operation of
CSG (Consumer Solutions Group)
Direct contribution toward integrated solutions vision for CSG and direct responsibility for strategic planning and
management of the B2B2C portfolio
Create product strategy for new solutions (portfolio development) in B2B2C area based on internal developments &
research, client demand, data, and thought leadership
Convert the product strategy into a prioritized product roadmap and partner with Design and Engineering to drive
execution of that roadmap
Manage relationships across all functions to ensure feature feasibility, drive the business justification calculations and
follow-ups, foster collaboration amongst teams, and to identify any potential barriers to launch
Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from definition through deployment and support
Ensure the definition, collection, and monitoring of the relevant KPIs for B2B2C solutions and control of the measures
to achieve the objectives set
Communicate progress and other items of importance across the organization and to our Board of Directors
Drive revenue growth from new and existing partnerships
Act as a liaison between the B2B2C delivery and strategic customers/partners
Maintain a culture of high performance across the Product Management organization
Manage discipline around measurement and reporting of success of each product offering
Recruit, guide development, motivate and empower a product management team of top talent to achieve steady
improvements in PM area
