• You have an University degree with a focus in legal background, information technology (media, business informatics, etc.) or comparable qualification

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will perform Information Data Security and Privacy Service for Engineering Center Cluj
• You will be responsible for the consulting, interviewing and documentation on data security and basic data security audit
• You will organize unannounced regular checks in departments in order to verify compliance with the security rules
• You will perform risks analysis in topics of the information security and data protection
• You will offer support and advice departments in the implementation of operational and legal requirements for information security and data protection
• You will be responsible for the definition of a data retention/archiving concept for our company (type, media, storage/archiving locations) and implementation in organization
• You will be ensuring GDPR conformity and consult all departments in ECC specifically for contracts 
• You will offer training to our associates and managers
• You will do internal assessments of monitoring compliance with the current regulation, other Union or national law provisions on data protection and operator policies or of the person empowered by the controller with regard to the protection of personal data, including the allocation of responsibilities and actions to raise awareness
• You will have an active participation in SO/DSO meetings and exchange inside of this network
