    Linde Global Services Romania is a service hub, processing and supporting a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash (such as order processing, customer master data, credit management, query management & customer support, invoice processing, customer & data management) for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland.     Requirements

    The profile of our future colleague includes:
    • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2+/C1)
    • Good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
    • Client support/customer service experience
    • Focus on customer satisfaction
    • Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt easily
    • Openness to travel in Germany or to Timisoara for training purposes (costs covered by the company)

    Responsibilities

    The Customer Service Analyst will work for Unterbichler business (100% subsidiary of the Linde Group) covering all Germany. Starting July 1st Unterbichler will be integrated in Linde and the name “Unterbichler” will no longer be used outside organization.

    Unterbichler is the Germany-wide expert for draft/tank gas, balloon gas and much more.
    A sparkling experience is carbon dioxide in drinks: that's why we also supply CO2 for water dispensers so that carbonated drinks are always available in companies or at home.CO2 is the one of the main components in carbohydrate beverages (soda, sparkling water, beer, etc.) and due to this is BIOGON C (CO2) ideal for restaurants, pubs, companies and even for home use.

    Key transition responsibilities
    • Participate to the knowledge transfer and interact appropriately with trainers and other contact persons of the local organization and prepare the documentation according to transition and operational methodology, create and update job aids, work procedures, and inform the customer, the manager and team colleagues about changes and updates


    Key operational responsibilities
    • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and provide resolutions to customer's inquiries (via phone, ticketing system, email), management of customer complaints, provide product and service information to customers

    • Cooperation with the Linde Sales Force: Supporting with administrative issues (e.g., services such as cylinder management, web store, credit note procedures, visit preparation), collaboration, support, and management of the field sales force regarding the implementation of sales and marketing targets (e.g., pricing policy, contribution margin, collection management, payment target). Use of Salesforce system for processing, documenting, and archiving customer; monitor, control and ensure successful collection management in collaboration with functional departments

    • Order Management: Take orders product area Cylinder/Other Containers, process them in a customer-oriented and efficient manner or forward them to specialist departments and bring about a solution for questions of the customer; In case of delivery problems, find solutions in coordination with the customer while observing logistical restrictions; Adhering to the rules from the delivery policy and implementing the central logistics specifications

    • Working procedures/Job Aids: create on a regular basis the working procedures and send for approval to the customer, update of documentation, working procedures, internal policies, maintain quality in the required standards and constantly improve the performance of processes
