    Description: Member of the Enterprise Services leadership team bringing thought leadership, maturing our agile practices, and acting as chief of staff. Dotted line oversight of Service Owners for all service effectiveness goals. Main Responsibility: Provide leadership in driving a Business Service and Product culture across the Enterprise Services pillars, coach teams on best practices for agile delivery, and act as Scrum Master for the leadership team priorities. Provide leadership for the Service Owners in organizational and tooling transformation activities expected over the next several years, with the goal of enabling our internal customers to simplify and scale their services as well as simplify our tooling platforms. Provide oversight of 3rd party vendors, budget, and support Service Owners to insure we are getting the desired business outcomes from our partners. Requirements: Knowledge of Agile Best Practices Maintain an understanding of how industry trends and new technologies can be leveraged to meet or exceed our business objectives. Provide oversight of services related to Org Effectiveness - Knowledge Mgt, Service Catalog, Product Backlog, and Cross services priorities Communicate effectively and professionally with internal customers, vendors, senior management, and peers across the globe. Lead or provide input to Monthly Reports, Budget, Business Cases, Service Level agreements and Vendor performance.
