    Requirements

    Required key competencies and qualifications:

    • Good knowledge of Romanian labor rules and regulations;
    • Proven working experience in all above-mentioned activities;
    • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
    • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems;
    • Previous experience with Romanian market surveys;
    • Good knowledge of Romanian labor rules and regulations;
    • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits (Romanian market);
    • Extensive knowledge of MS Office;
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
    • English / Romanian language is a must.

    Responsibilities

    Your new challenges:

    • Market surveys/employee surveys;
    • Search for local benefits/events provider;
    • Administration of benefits records; recording changes;
    • Preparing and communicating information to employees about local benefit programs, procedures, changes;
    • Involvement in planning events;
    • Solving situations related to local benefits and pay, finding solutions to employees' questions and problems;
    • Prepare participation in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
    • Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the HR Administration colleagues in searching and applying the most appropriate procedures regarding comp&ben.

    Benefits:

    • Administering the specific organization’s benefits programs (e.g., leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.);
    • Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies;
    • Making recommendations based on data analyses;
    • Monitoring Romanian government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends;
    • Working with Romanian insurance brokers and benefits careers;
    • Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes;
    • Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends;
    • Collaborating with outside vendors in the Romanian market, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors.

    Job Analysis:

    • Writing and revising job descriptions;
    • Determining position classifications;
    • Preparing and updating salary scales;
    • Making recommendations to managers regarding job descriptions, salaries, and classifications.

    Compensation:

    • Support in assessing the organization’s pay structure;
    • Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys;
    • Evaluating compensation policies;
    • Ensuring that the pay practices comply with the strategy.
