    Requirements

    Required Skills and Experience:

    - Fluent French (min.B2) and English (min.B1)
    - Basic knowledge of ServiceNow tools / Windows 10 / Office 365
    - Client orientation, active listening and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask
    - Availability to work in day shifts

    Responsibilities

    -Offer assistance to users concerning one or multiple technical domains
    - If necessary, escalate the issue to the appropriate competence team
    - Deliver quality support adapted to the request and the needs of the user remotely (by telephone, email)
    - Participate in the team’s skills development
    - Respond to requests (calls)
    - Qualify requests according to terminology and treat them according to procedures
    - Assure files follow up
    - Participate to permanent training of the team
