Your valuable contribution to something big:

• You are responsible to delivery training and practical activities for groups of apprentices within the Dual School Program & University;
• Development practical activities addresses to apprentices, students & internal employees;
• You are responsible to create training material based on feedback from technical departments;
• You give support in technical problems;
• Strategic investment in new equipment;
• Collaborate with school representatives;
• You are responsible to develops and implement a quality mindset to the apprentices;
• You are responsible to evaluate and to offer feedback to the apprentices;

Education: 

• Bachelor/Master's degree in technical field

Experience and Skills

• Minimum Technical secondary school;
• Experience in training methodology;
• Solid computer skills and basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
• Good Communication skills;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Strong knowledge in electro-pneumatics, sensors, electrical engineering
• Able to work with different personalities
• Experience in automation of industrial system

Languages:

• English - a good level mandatory.
