    Qualifications

    Ideal candidate for the Team Leader with German - CIS position:

    • Experience and ability to supervise team size of (15-20) and conduct administrative functions
    • Team experience of min 2 to 3 years
    •  Able to speak & write fluent German. Confident to lead conference calls
    • Able to produce dashboards & reports in Excel & presentation formats
    • Good analytical and conflict management skills
