The ideal candidate:
- Minimal experience in customer service (Technical knowledge is a plus);
- Higher education, with emphasis on communication;
- Fluent in English at intermediate level (written and spoken);
- 1+ years experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (customer care, technical support, sales, customer relations);
- Computer skills – intermediate: Office, Word, Excel;
- Adaptable and proactive person, always ready to help;
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with other internal teams in order to solve client requests in a timely manner (prioritize and multitask);
- Customer-oriented skills, good interpersonal and communication skills (ability to use positive language);
- Team player manages time and workload effectively (problem-Solving Skills);
- Self-control and persuasive skills (a “client first” attitude).

- Respond to client requests (mobile or email);
- Follow up standard help desk procedures;
- Processing and centralizing database;
- Solve other assigned tasks received from Management.
