    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
    • You have a minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive system & software testing;
    • You have experience in test management;
    • You have experience with different testing types (Functional, Non-Functional);
    • You have knowledge about MiL/SiL/HiL systems/setups/testing;
    • You have good knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet);
    • You have previous experience in working with Vector tools;
    • You can apply and explain Software Development Principles (V-Model, Agile, Test Process, etc.);
    • You have ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level;
    • You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects;
    • You are not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges;
    • You are team-oriented;
    • You are Fluent in English.

    It's a plus if you have:

    •  ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level, Test Manager certificate.

    Job Description

    We provide the world's largest automotive OEM's with advanced driving assistance systems with focus on parking systems using Ultrasonic & Data Fusion technologies. In order to continue to successfully deliver to our customers, we are looking to grow our team with a system & software test manager.

    Your responsibilities as a test manager are to:

    • Create, implement and maintain the System & Software Test Plan and Test Strategy;
    • Estimate and plan the test effort for the project;
    • Plan and prepare the test environment (HIL, Bench, Vehicle) and analyze the test conditions;
    • Ensure proper test case definition and linking to test basis;
    • Coordinate the test activities for different types of requirements with SW PM;
    • Coordinate the test activities inside the testing team;
    • Track test activities against milestones, reporting the variations to the stakeholders;
    • Participate in different status meetings of the project;
    • Report of test status in System & Software Test report, including Release recommendation;
    • Offer support for technical questions raised within the team;
    • Monitor and manage the optimal use of technologies and automation for testing;
    • Be able to propose and plan possible improvements for the current testing process;
    • Ensure that high-quality products are delivered to customers.

    You'll be using:

    • Planning tools: Jira, ALM, Microsoft Project;
    • Embedded-SW Test Automation Tools: CAPL, vTEST studio;
    • Versionning tools: GIT, PTC;
    • Programming languages: Python, Embedded C/C++;
    • Safety standard: ISO26262;
    • Automotive Communication Protocols: CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet.
