    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor degree
    • You have minimum 5 years of professional experience ideally minimum 3 years in sales planning and controlling

    We would also appreciate if:

    • You have business management know-how in sales operations and controlling
    • You have a good understanding of KPI concept (e.g. EBIT, Price Change Rate, Sales to Third Party)
    • You have experience in usage of Salesforce (e.g. Strategic Planning, Current Forecast)
    • You have experience as tool or process trainer
    • You have experience with data analysis (reading behind the figures)
    • You have experience with data visualization (chart preparation, dashboard creation, summary report)
    • You have good command of IT tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Tableau)
    • You are willing to travel occasionally

    We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our learn and take over exciting and challenging activities in the area of Planning Process and System Expert for our Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector.

    Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will be part of an international team which is focused on Mobility Sales Planning
    • You will coordinate on a global level the Strategic Sales Planning Process
    • You will lead the project implementation and stabilization of Salesforce specific modules for the designated division
    • You will coordinate the project, new process design and implementation within an interdisciplinary team of process experts, while making sure that all relevant stakeholders are informed accordingly
    • You will be driving initiatives and cooperate with process and product delegates/responsible/owners within central and divisional departments
    • You will be doing standard and ad-hoc reporting of market and sales planning data
    • You will create business requirements (tool and process) based on divisional needs in alignment with cross divisional stakeholders
    • You will support tool testing of new features, tool trainings and concept for specific divisional requirements
    • You will identify opportunities, elaborate strategic plans in order to guide and drive through process change and improvement
    • You will modify, create, coordinate and publish new dashboards in Analytics (Tableau)
    • You will support with training concepts, with updating of training materials to the divisional users
    • You will shift your focus from details to big picture thinking, having in mind cross-processes and cross-divisional impact
    • You will support the continuous improvement of processes, tools and department development
    • You will contribute to stakeholder's mindset change (Organizational Change Management)
    • You will promote Sales Force Implementation within the organization
    • You will guide, mentor and coach our team
