    • Professional experience in sourcing in IT area. Knowledge in full cycle recruiting is a plus;
    • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools (eg. LinkedIn, Xing, job boards, etc.), including internet research ;
    • Experience with different search strategies & techniques;
    • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer;
    • You enjoy candidate research and exchange via the Internet, databases and telephone, candidate screening as well as experience in direct addressing and conducting structured telephone interviews;
    • You see the person behind the profile and can approach people individually;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships;
    • Self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative;
    • Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact, and professionalism;
    • Through your structured and solution-oriented working style, you drive topics forward;
    • Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English;


    • You are responsible for the sourcing of professionals with a focus on IT functions;
    • You take over the research, identify potential candidates on business and careers networks and undertake the targeted approach as well as conducting telephone interviews;
    • You are partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations;
    • You are able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation;
    • Solid in social media networking and business networks for locating and attracting potential candidate;
    • You are responsible for the active and target-group-oriented candidate search and approach, using our candidate pool and, as required, job boards and social networks;
    • You will conduct your first telephone interviews with interested candidates and assist our specialists during the recruiting process as a competent contact person;
    • You are responsible for applicant management and you build a candidate network to keep an eye on the applicant market;
    • You identify and use new sourcing channels and sources for the successful identification of potential candidates;
    • You enjoy trend scouting and the identification of new Active Sourcing methods and channels;
    • You develop search strategies to identify suitable IT professionals;
    • Talent Relationship Management and actively contributing to the development of the talent pool;
    • Build a Talent Network and stay in contact with latent willing candidates.

    • Fixed bonus: 5% of the annual salary. It is awarded in December, regardless of performance;
