    Cerinte

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Social Media Management in a B2B organization;
    • Experience working within a multidimensional marketing department;
    • Expertise in current trends and best practices on social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook;
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs;
    • Ability to interact with customers, partners, and foster cross-functional teamwork among marketing, product, and extended teams;
    • Bachelor's degree is required;
    • Knowledge of social media marketing tools such as Sprinklr and EveryoneSocial a plus;
    • Experience with enterprise software a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daily social programming designed to drive engagement on various social channels (particularly Twitter);
    • Serve as a strategic advisor for social media to the ADM and Professional Services product group teams;
    • Produce campaign results report to demonstrate social media efforts, results and recommend strategies for improvement;
    • Assist in supporting the company’s employee social media advocacy program with regular content additions;
    • Manage all social media engagement for the respective social handles and collaborate with teams as needed to respond to queries received on social;
    • Interact and engage with audiences in a relevant, timely, and on-brand manner to help establish and build relationships with influential voices relevant to the business.
