PAYROLL ADMIN WITH DUTCH, Location: REMOTE
Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
— Fluentin English and Dutch (written &spoken);
— You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
— You are responsible in a work environment;
— You are able to solve urgentmatters and work under pressure;
— You are self-motivated,with a positive attitude and approach;
— You are a team player with good communication skills;
— Processing client's payroll every pay period;
— Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data;
— Entering payroll information into central system for processing;
— Completing ad-hoc orrecurrent payroll reports;
— Answering staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records;
— Receiving and coordinates requests for leave and other absences;
— Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
— Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records;
— Honoring confidentiality of employees' pay records.
