RECRUITMENT SENIOR ANALYST WITH ENGLISH, Bucharest

-You are fluent in English;
-Capable of manage end to end recruitment process (min 5 years of experience as recruiter or minimum 3
years as Recruiter and other experience in HR )
Be able to work with senior stakeholders
-You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point);
-You have excellent communication skills;
-You have attention to details and analytical skills

-Participating in face-to-face and phone interviews;
-Managing end to end recruitment process for the internal needs posting, preselecting candidates, phone
and face to face interviews;
-Identifying suitable candidates, according to the desired profile;
-Using head hunting and direct search techniques cold calling, networking in order to track down suitable
candidates;
-Posting job positions on internal and external job markets and sending confirmations;
-Performing daily screening of incoming applications;
-Evaluating applicants if they meet the position requirements and rejecting candidate if the minimum
requirements are not met;
-Following up with the candidates selected if there are missing documents;
-Collecting feedback from the hiring manager, scheduling meetings with the candidates remained on
shortlist;
-Giving the final feedback to the candidate
