    Hard Skills Requirements:

    • BA degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications or comparable;
    • English advanced level;
    • You have a good knowledge about automotive Systems and SW Architecture, and Software Development principles (V-model, Agile, configuration management, requirements management, etc.);
    • You have a good understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc);
    • You are good at handling vehicle control devices, software programming skills (e.g. Vector tools, Matlab, Simulink, Python, C/C++, etc);
    • You have experience with software integration and test methodologies and tools (e.g. Jenkins, ECU Test, etc);
    • You have 2+ years of professional experience in leading teams or projects with solid understanding of embedded systems software and hardware.

    Soft skills Requirements:

    • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment;
    • Exceptional communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders;
    • Proactivity in finding solutions;
    • Creativity and analytical skills, able to work with deadlines and in pressing situations;
    • Entrepreneurship mindset and ability to work with stakeholders from different areas and hierarchical levels;

    • Recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions;

    • Identifying the need for corrective actions when necessary;
    • Drive regular one-to-one meetings with each of the team members and similar regular meetings with the functional peers or clients.

    Leadership Responsibilities:

    • Supports the recruiting team for hiring talent in order fill our open positions;
    • Engaging and coordinating with other team managers across the organization;
