    The Inside Hosting Manager (IHM) is responsible for selling Veeam products by recruiting, training and enabling prospective Cloud and Service Provider partners who focus on building Infrastructure aaS infrastructures in addition to building Backup and DR as a Service offerings into market.


    • Working closely with the rest of the Veeam Cloud and Service Provider team, Channel Managers and Commercial (end-user) team;
    • Achieving the assigned revenue targets and MBOs for the territory (Germany);
    • Developing and executing territory plans with the focus on prospective mid-sized Service Provider market
    • Identifying key routes to market based of AWS and Azure ecosystem
    • Recruiting, training and enabling prospective Cloud and Service Provider partner
    • Managing the full sales cycle of an opportunity, which includes generating own leads or responding to inbound leads, understanding solution requirements, providing proposals and right through to closing opportunity
    • Ongoing account management of the hosting partners
    • Leverage existing and creating new relationships in channel partner community
    • Work with marketing, alliances and distribution teams on opportunity generating campaigns
    • Provide forecasting and account opportunity management in salesforce
    • Ongoing support and training to channel and commercial teams
    • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment
    • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company
    • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools/ applications specific internal systems
    • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager;


    To Be Successful You Will Need to Have:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
    • Advanced level of German & English (reading/writing/speaking);
    • Previous experience - 2-3 years in a Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred;
    • Knowledge of IT industry preferred;
    • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment;
