    About the role

    We are looking for a Monitoring Support Engineer, able to work on 12 hours shifts together with the other team members. Our new colleague will take care of our clients’ infrastructure by proactively checking the availability and performance of different servers and applications.

    Main activities

    Monitor and identify issues, perform basic troubleshooting steps and gather information, inform and escalate the issue further (other teams, 3rd party providers, other vendors);
    Perform regular checks on the infrastructure systems in order to identify and take corrective actions to avoid service disruptions;
    Follow ITIL based processes (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management etc.) and apply them in different ticketing platforms;
    Learn to use world wide known monitoring tools (Nagios, Check MK, Zabbix, Grafana) and interact with major cloud solutions.
    Act as a communication Bridge between different parties involved in each project.
