    Requirements

    • 3+ years directly related experience required.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Excellent communication - Verbal, Written, English fluent.
    • Relevant work experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, planning.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - highly adept with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Customer focused for both internal and external customers.
    • Proven ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with exceptional levels of quality.
    • Ability to successfully balance multiple simultaneous demands & self-adjust to meet quick shifting priorities.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage fulfillment of customer orders e2e, from creation to Proof of Delivery(POD)
    • Manage order fulfillment within customer's Service Level Agreement(SLA).
    • Perform Backlog management, minimize customer backlog and avoid aging backlog.
    • Customer and internal Escalation Management.
    • Support Parts Escalation Desk(PED)
