• Dezvolta materiale pentru sesiuni de instruire noi dar si pentru cele existente
• Mentine si actualizeaza materialele de instruire conform modificarilor de procese, materialelor folosite si documentatiei aferente proceselor de productie

• Sustine prezentari si instruieste oamenii care participa la inductie
• Organizeaza si conduce turul productiei in programul de inductie si in cadrul altor programe de instruire a angajatilor din zona de productie
• Intocmeste planul de instruire la locul de munca pentru angajatii din zona de productie, conform pozitiei pe care acestia o vor ocupa
• Monitorizeaza executarea planului de instruire la locul de munca a personalului din zona de productie, si organizeaza sesiunea de evaluare cand instruirea s-a incheiat, conform planului de instruire la locul de munca
• Actualizeaza si mentine la zi informatiile din sistemul electronic de instruire
• Sustine managerul de formare cu diferite rapoarte aferente activitatii de instruire
• Arhiveaza documentele aferente planului de instruire si mentine arhiva conform principiilor 5S (plan de instruire general, plan de instruire la locul de munca, instruire IPC etc.)
