Corporate Finance Analyst Recharges

- A financial background with a professional accountancy qualification, relevant university degree
- Practical experience in applying this finance knowledge in business projects & change process implementations as well as managing financial results
- Analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the Finance function
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet and general computer skills
- Experience working in SAP; BPC reporting tool knowledge is a plus

- Engage with EM to receive confirmation of billing to ensure invoices are posted on time
- Quarterly/monthly issuing RRB intercompany webi PO for various types of recharges and follow-up until the fully completion of the PO
- Quarterly/monthly issuing of intercompany invoices for various types of recharges and correspondence with the Intercompany affiliates;
- Drives the analysis and review of actual company revenues and ensure the accuracy of the financial data posted in SAP;
- Able to run reports from BPC system and provide them to the relevant stakeholders
- Perform monthly accruals calculation.
- Ensure the accuracy of the financial data posted and actively monitor the accruals balance;
- Perform monthly reconciliation of billings against tracker
- Support testing of new solutions implemented by IT/Continuous improvement/internal DBS teams
- Establish and maintain a strong partnership with internal customers (other BAT Entities) by timely submission of required information and any requested details;
- Ensuring creation of cost centres and work breakdown structures in line with business needs and BAT hierarchy;
- Support provided to Corporate Finance Manager for underlying assumption analysis (allocation keys, cost by service line);
- Provide support and advice to other departments in GBS;
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required;
- Reviews the accuracy and completeness of data received..
