    For a multinational company, processor of agricultural goods., present in 180 locations, with more than 17.000 employees, I am looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA region.

    The role can be based in either Lyon (France), Madrid (Spain) or Sofia (Bulgaria). As a last resort Bucharest (Romania) may be an option.

    The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the interface between the global company, regional, local business stakeholders and the HR organization. The role will be accountable for aligning, adopting and implementing regional processes for ensuring cost-effective hiring operations across EMEA. The role will be responsible for management and execution of end-to-end EMEA Talent Acquisition strategies and deliverables to ensure a responsive and capable function to meet demands of a dynamic business environment.

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • Likely to have 8+ years of operational recruitment experience and strategic Talent Acquisition delivery in a multinational organisation.
    • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, employer branding, recruiting tools, and recruitment technology.
    • Ideally experienced in sourcing a wide range of disciplines; knowledge of IT and Soft Commodity Trading of particular benefit.
    • Experience successfully navigating a global organization, with proven business consulting approach.
    • Strong time management and organization skills with proven ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
    • Proven capability to be proactive and solution-oriented, resilient with an inclusive approach to problem solving.

    • Results-oriented with demonstrated self-initiative.
    • Ability to flex between strategic and operational tasks, high sense of priority.
    • Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

    • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated, able to work under very limited supervision.

    Responsabilitati

    Major responsibilities:

    Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
    • Accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Talent Acquisition activities ensuring relevant KPIs and recruitment plan are met.
    • Actively engage in Talent sourcing, specifically hard-to-fill talent profiles via direct sourcing and/or external vendors.
    • Monitor and track recruitment budget for the region (actuals vs. budget) in HR systems and tools.
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with hiring managers, in collaboration and close alignment with local HR and HR Business Partners
    • Lead the implementation and maintenance of EMEA talent acquisition programs, including University and Business school partnership to support the company's Graduate and Internship program.
    • Working close with Global Communications to effectively position EMEA employer of choice employer branding activities to increase company visibility and boost talent attraction.
    • Responsible for optimizing regional vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
    • Ad-hoc support on any recruitment-related projects for the EMEA region on an on-demand basis.
