Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for:
1-2 years of professional experience in client facing, Audit / Banking / Retail / Controlling / Financial Real Estate.
Experience in Retail or FMCG is considered a plus.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with English.
Open-minded, critical thinker with problem-solving abilities, passionate about retail industry, motivated to improve.

Our offers are divided into two main areas: auditing and consulting. The former verifies the correct application of business processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and the latter improves organizational and operational efficiency with constant change management process support.
Work on Auditing projects with an experienced and motivated team, in a dynamic industry, with challenging opportunities and high development potential. Your main tasks will include:
Be involved in complex projects for one or more client(s).
Assess, understand or anticipate the client needs and desired outcomes.
Provide feedback and advice to senior management on significant technical issues.
Build strong client relationship, focus to understanding client expectation.
Respond proactively to new client needs.
Develop, structure and interpret financial analysis of clients through efficient collaboration with other analysts from the team, with the IT manager and Auditing manger.
Be accountable for deliverables to (1) direct responsible, (2) client-staff, (3) 3rd party vendors / partners.
Develop a good knowledge of the client’s business, processes, tools, organization structure and contracts.
Efficiently use and update both client’s internal systems and Valuement tool.
Link and corroborate data from multiple sources (accounting, logistic, commercial) and from multiple formats (databases, reports, contracts, e-mails). Understand and interpret client’s electronic data, performing complex analysis in order to identify the likely causes of loss of income (double payments, unregistered credit notes, unapplied sales allowance).
Review and analyse contracts, commercial agreements, paperwork, electronic documents. Inspect and evaluate client’s financial information including buyers’ files, purchase orders, invoices for identify potential revenue leakage.
Detect anomalies, investigate other potential sources of revenue leakage, propose course of action.
Actively contact vendors as part of the claim production process; independently produce written correspondences to vendor inquiries with the scope of obtaining validation of the uncollected amounts and reconciling the financial differences. Meet vendor representatives (KA, etc.) to discuss outstanding amounts.
Communicate with the client’s suppliers for follow-ups regarding the collection of the leaked income.
Provide periodic reports and other feedback to Valuement management or direct responsible related to progress and any issues affecting client relationship.
Build, develop and maintain a constructive relationship and engagement with the key client contacts and its vendors.
Recommend changes and improvement in operations and day-to-day activities; develops and recommends new approaches; communicates with Valuement management and IT on new processes.
Identify weaknesses in the client’s internal procedures by analysing client’s data. Advise on client’s internal processes.
Present and discuss results from analysis with the client and the relevant third-party vendor. Meet periodically with client contact(s) to provide information on findings and progress.
Participate to meetings and client discussions related to process improvement and Valuement’s reports and deliverables.
