    Requirements

    Professional skills requirements:

    • You have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll.

    • At least 3 years previous experience in leading a team

    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis and great analytical skills Comfortable with processing payroll for high level of employees

    • Preferred experience in the implementation of a payroll solution and good experience of implementing of target operating models

    • Knowledge of standard office applications (Excel);

    • The ability to interact with stakeholders and employees and to improve the experience of customer service while managing their expectations

    • Highly action orientated and motivated, displaying a strong sense of urgency

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and energetic approach

    • Commitment to honesty, integrity and quality with a high work ethic

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages a team of SPOs/PPOs to ensure a timely and accurate Payroll processing globally

    • Ensure payroll compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

    • Solve payroll escalations and answer complex payroll-related questions; guide payroll team to analyze and resolve complex, customer challenges, lead the team through change and create risk mitigation matrix

    • Facilitate resolution of issues raised by the team

    • Oversee processing of payroll changes: monthly payroll events and implementation of payroll related changes announced by the organization

    • Accountable to Deliver the high-quality payroll on time every time; drive payroll audit for controls specified in payroll procedures/checklists

    • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance & other functions for Payroll process adherence

    • Maintains & distribute the volume by planning, monitoring, and appraising team results.

    • Liaise with auditors and manage internal and external payroll audits

    • Collaborate closely with external payroll providers for ensuring timely processing of the payrolls for multiple entities across the region

    • Responsible for payroll vendor management and/or subcontractor management process; responsible for tracking and approving vendor costs.

    • Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation, including reconciliation of results with finance and audit checks

    • Responsible for working closely with finance department in order to clear balance sheets payroll accounts

    • Ensures following of the agreed payroll process and workflows, including keeping up to date of trackers and standard operating procedures

    • Implement and track monthly payroll KPIs and produce reports based on the analysis done monthly

    • Support Payroll Management in review and analysis of key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements

    • Support and manage continuous improvement projects within region

    • Develop business cases, implementation plans, and sustainability measures to successfully achieve payroll department objectives.

    • Mentor and coach team members in their professional development

    • Plan, prioritize and assign work to team members

    • Identify individual and team training needs

    • Set up objectives for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations

    • Provide feedback on performance and behaviors; provide inputs in preparing development plans

    • Responsible for people development and succession planning for the team & for own role
