Knowledge on Seats and Safety arhitecture requirements, electrical requirements and performance of seats and safety parts
Knowledge on system parts - vehicle electrical arhitecture, vehicle mechanical defition and diversity
Following, reading and understanding ECE regulations for automotive seats and safety based on the ongoing project requirements•

Knowledge on seats and safety parts in order to ensure the robustness of the product/ process conception.
Knowledge on Technologies used for manufacturing seats and safety parts (Thermoplastic/thermoset /foam injection, Vibration welding/laser welding/ thermoforming...)
Knowledge of interior trims parts in order to ensure the robustness of the product/ process conception.
Coordinate the technical team and offering technical support in order to respect project deadlines, identify hard points and respecting the regulatory and General Product Security constraints.
Ensure transversal technical convergence and proposing technical solutions for arbitration as well as solutions optimization.
Ensures the geometric conformity of its perimeter parts, respecting the volumes allocated by the architecture and the standard processes of the company.
Continuous technical convergence with suppliers in order to meet all mechanical, optical and electrical constraints in terms of internal checks.
Good knowledge of Catia, New PDM, Matsub, Signe, LUP, REVS, ANPQP, NDL, NRL, GDNorme, BOMC, Tradconfig, DDT2000,
Good communication and team work skills, ability to synthetize and capitalize in order to insure the arguments for update of technical documentation (CDC, BMIR), ability to have a global visibility of the vehicle.
