Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and data warehouse teams to support data-driven decisions
• Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures and create insightful dashboards and visualizations
• Maintain, fix, and update existing business reports in a BI system
• Monitor key sales and marketing metrics to identify changes and trends in user behaviour to promptly explore and explain reasons for these changes

• Apply strong communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
• Perform KPI forecasting to improve budget and resource allocation practices across marketing.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Economics

• Data visualization skills: custom metrics, dimensions, ad-hoc views, charts, complex dashboards
• Experience in business intelligence and data visualization software such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SiSense, DataStudio 360, etc.
• Experience with SQL, PowerQuery (M), DAX, Pyton, R
• Advanced user of MS Excel: pivot tables, lookups, custom filters, etc.
• Descriptive statistics basics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines
• Knowledge of major marketing metrics would be a plus
• Personal and relationship qualities: Professional curiosity and the ability to enable yourself in new technologies and tasks. Active listener. Continuous learning and creativity.
