    Requirements

    - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CFA/CPA/ACCA certification is a plus;
    - Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proven work experience in Accounting and Reporting field;
    - Familiar with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
    - Experience in project management;
    - Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus;
    - PC literate (MS-office tools);
    - English advanced.

    Responsibilities

    Management of Business Partner Relationship:
    - Act as an escalation point for operational activities, for the assigned Legal entities/Divisions;
    - Ensure the effective communication within the finance organization as well as with the interdependent functions to foster open and proactive information sharing and decision making;
    - Supports the identification of key internal/external stakeholder needs and expectations and the assessment of the priority evaluation;
    - Act as Business Partner towards the Finance organization and the cross functional stakeholder for the assigned Legal Entities (Head of Division, Head of Accounting, Head of Finance, other Local A&R counterparts).

    Operational Performance Management:
    - Support, plan and prepares AES necessary data;
    - Ensure the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports/statistics for the assigned Legal entities;
    - Oversees the delivery of tax-related reportorial requirements of the countries assigned, including, but not limited to, domestic and foreign VAT computations, Intrastat Reports, EC Sales List and other analyses as requested;
    - Performs other periodic activities or ad hoc tasks as assigned;
    - Contributes to the effectiveness of the General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Closing & - - - Reporting functions through the identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution;
    - Coordinates with team and business partners for the resolution of complex issues and queries.

    Performs Controlling activities, such as, but not limited to:
    - Ensure the final invoices are issued towards customers based on project calculations;
    - Support site and/or project planning and analyse financials by assisting the site and/or project controller in analysing financials;
    - Ensure on time adjustment of changes in plan calculation in order to deliver proper margin recognition in every month;
    - Oversees the projects transfer from running projects to delivered projects and close them as per contract closure process;
    - Ensure the monthly site reporting (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast, R&D, BIDS, Headcount, MIS reports, etc.) are on timely and properly completed.

    Performs General Ledger activities, such as, but not limited to:
    - Reviews and approves of journal entries and ensures these are processed timely and accurately;
    - Ensures complete processing of journal requests received within cut-off;
    - Oversees the completion of balance sheet reconciliation for accounts assigned and performs reviews and other analyses, ensuring timely follow through and resolution of review comments and timely submission to Local A&R.

    Performs Fixed Asset activities, such as, but not limited to:
    - Ensures timely and accurate processing of requests for asset transfer, disposal or sale, whilst ensuring that these are appropriately & adequately supported;
    - Ensures timely execution of monthly depreciation run and communication to C&R team;
    - Oversees monthly fixed asset reconciliation and the related AIK reporting.

    Performs Closing & Reporting activities, such as, but not limited to:
    - Ensures completeness of pre-closing activities;
    - Ensures the timely and successful completion of closing activities;
    - Ensure the EAI upload to Global Fore is done properly;
    - Support smooth correction and adjustment of validation errors;
    - Ensure the monthly sign off calls with Head of Accounting ,Local A&R and team members for the assigned Legal Entities.

    Operational Coordination activities:
    - Oversees that all operational activities (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Closing and - Reporting and Controlling) for LEs assigned to ensures service delivery according to SLA and OLA commitments;
    - Recommend effective process documentation methods and insure the implementation to secure knowledge, stability and continuity;
    - Sign-off high risk journal entries; Supervise BS reconciliations and other analyses;
    - Reviews and ensures that desktop procedures of all assigned Legal Entities are updated and signed off periodically;
    - Manages external and internal audits and ensures integrity of data provided to auditors;
    - Ensures implementation of recommended actions based on audit results;
    - Drive the effectiveness of the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Closing & Reporting, controlling processes through the identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution;
    - Ensures proper onboarding facilitator process and backup plan are in place;
    - Provides guidance to the team based on TL direction.
