    Role Purpose This Specialist position will play a pivotal role in the newly created Digital Enablement Team, a group of marketers leading the Digital Transformation strategy for LSEG. The team will reimagine how LSEG engages its customers digitally and take full advantage of the opportunities presented by the Refinitiv acquisition. The Digital Enablement team acts as business owner of the various marketing website within the group. oInforming the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap for the Marketing organisationoPartnering with Technology to provide requirements for delivery oIdentifying new digital opportunities, inputs to business case creation oActing as a business experience owner for LSEG's key digital touch points Key Responsibilities oManaging the maintenance & operations of LSEG's strategic websitesoWriting development stories for LSEG's strategic websitesoManaging customer/client communications related to websitesoActing as the main source of technical knowledge on website integrations & vendorsoExecuting pre-release testingoManage communication with all stakeholders across the business to keep them informed and resolve website related issues.oHighlight, respond & manage website incident as they occur Leadership & management responsibilities / expertise oWorking within a global team oExpert for LSEG on specific elements of Digital TransformationoContributing to other relevant projectsoStakeholder, Marketing Technology and agency engagement Technical / job functional knowledge oAbility to organise & allocate inbound business requests regarding the websites oOrganise, document & administer the teams Sharepoint & Confluence presence to ensure that all technical documentation is kept up to date and knowledge is retained within the team.oManage relationships with internal & external data providers including troubleshooting data issues & 3rd party servicesoAbility to deputise for the product owner (PO) of any of the websites and help coordinate scrum teams & development backlogs in Jira.
